Shipping policy

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. International shipping is not available at this time.

Free Shipping

Orders of $150 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S. No code needed — it's applied automatically at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days depending on your location. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier and destination.

Carriers

We ship through a variety of carriers and will select the best option based on your order and location. Your tracking email will include the carrier and tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Order Issues

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or doesn't show up by the expected delivery window, reach out to us at hello@gmdyco.com and we'll make it right. Please contact us within 7 days of your expected delivery date so we can resolve it quickly.

P.O. Boxes & APO/FPO Addresses

We do our best to ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses, but delivery times may vary. If there's an issue shipping to your address, we'll reach out before processing your order.

Custom & Group Orders

Shipping timelines for custom group orders, wholesale, and partnership orders may differ from standard orders. Our team will communicate estimated delivery timelines directly during the order process.
