GMDY Return & Exchange Policy
Size Exchanges
Didn’t nail the fit? We’ll swap your size. Request a size exchange within 14 days of delivery by emailing hello@gmdyco.com with your order number and the size you need.
- Items must be unworn and unwashed, with original tags attached.
- You cover the cost of shipping the item back to us. We ship your new size free.
- Exchanges are for a different size of the same item and are subject to availability.
Returns & Refunds
Because our products are made in limited runs for our community, all other sales are final. We don’t offer refunds for returns. This approach helps us reduce waste, keep our collections intentional, and limit the amount of clothing that ends up in landfills. Not sure about sizing? Reach out before you order and we’ll help.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@gmdyco.com and we’ll make it right with a replacement or a refund to your original form of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your financial institution.
Order Changes
Once an order has been processed, we’re unable to make changes or modifications.
